We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items the recipient is sure to enjoy. If you or the person recieving your gift are not 100% satisfied, we will have your gift replaced or provide a full refund.

Please note that we can process returns and replaces/refunds only for items purchased from FloristHanoi.com.

Refunds

Within 3 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from FloristHanoi.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).

• Any gift in its original condition.
• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) gift basket.

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Replaces

Within 3 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from FloristHanoi.com, for a replacement.

• Faulty items.
• Items damaged in transit.
