We deliver 365 days each year, no close day, including Saturday, Sunday. So you can order from us for delivery any day.
About delivery methods
For flower, cake, hamper, fruit basket we all use hand delivery by local delivery.
For non-add-on product bear and chocolate, we ship them from factory which take 1 to 3 days arrive to recipient’s city.
About order time
You can order anytime on your side, we delivery sameday if you order before 3pm Vietnam time.
About different product delivery together
If you order flower, cake, fruit basket or hamper, we can deliver them together to recipient.
Which city you can deliver in Vietnam?
We have established relationships with over 300 partner florists, we can deliver to most cities in Vietnam.
What time is best for me to order the flower?
We support the same day delivery in all big cities and many middle cities. In order to send your gifts in time, order ahead 1 to 2 days is best.
May I decide the delivery time?
You surely can decide the delivery time. According to many possible factors, on day time is best.
What payment method do accept?
We support Paypal, Western Union, Internet banking. Please read the Payment to get more detail
How can I know the recipient get the goods that I order?
You can login in your account and check your order's status any time. Also we will reply you by E-mail or phone after we sure the recipient get the goods.
May I pay for the order after the recipient get the goods?
Sorry, we do not supporting this service now.
I want to know what will you do after I place an order?
When we received the order, we will check the payment. If we don't receive the payment, we will send an email to remind you. If we get the payment, we will arrange the order and send the email to inform the order condition. After the recipient get the gifts, we will reply you through email immediately.
I use Paypal to pay, when I fill in the information, I don't know which address I should fill in the "Billing Address".
You just need to fill in your own address. Our Paypal account is: email@example.com
Just now, I met a error when I place the order (or when make the payment), what should I do?
When you meet the error through placing the order, you can back to check your cart or choose the product again, and place a new order. If you meet the error when you make the payment, you can email us: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send to you an invoice to make payment.
